This included an Instagram segment called “Tailored Tuesdays.” Since their brand focuses on curating a bespoke style for each client, this segment is a weekly showcase of one of their artists doing a client’s makeup and explaining how and why she is tailoring the look to that client’s needs — whether that be helping the client achieve a desired look, caring for a certain skin type, or anything else. This type of post provides value to followers while also building trust in the brand’s ability to create the personalized experience that they promise.
