Paige is a former professional ballerina and certified Pilates instructor. She came to me with the idea for REP, and we took it from an idea to a fully written out brand — both copywriting and strategy.
It was important for the brand to feel both inclusive and elevated at the same time. So, we chose the tagline “Pilates without pretenses” to make everyone feel invited, while choosing verbiage for the rest of the brand that gives off a high-quality vibe.
We solidified that the name would be “REP” as a play on the word “repertoire” — which is a big part of Paige's past as a professional ballerina. We poetically connected this word to the benefits of Pilates. Check it out below.
